Clarity Care, Inc., is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing care and services to individuals with acute, chronic or long-term conditions, including those with limitations or disabilities.
Our five areas of care enable us to tailor services to each individual. Our divisions are:

Keeping Hearts At Home
Year 'Round
The “Keeping Hearts at Home Year ‘Round” campaign encourages businesses and individuals to sponsor a recipient of Clarity Care’s Help at Home program, delivering the services that the elderly and disabled need to help them to stay in their home for an entire year. For as little as $1400 you can give the gift of independence to a member of our community, less than the cost of a daily “value” meal at most fast-food restaurants!
Help at Home is a charitable, cost-sharing program that provides in-home care services such as grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, laundry, housekeeping, and personal cares. These basic daily tasks can seem simple to many of us, but to Help at Home clients they can be the difference between living in a facility, or living at home . . . where their heart is.
