Clarity Care, Inc., is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing care and services to individuals with acute, chronic or long-term conditions, including those with limitations or disabilities.
We offer five areas of care that enable us to tailor services to each individual:

Keeping Hearts At Home
Year 'Round
In Northeast and Central Wisconsin there are over 1,000 low-income elderly and disabled persons on waiting lists to receive affordable long-term care services. Residents on these lists sometimes wait years before receiving desperately needed assitance. This delay often causes increased disability from neglect, and/or placement in an institutional setting.
Clarity Care’s “Keeping Hearts at Home Year ‘Round” campaign benefits the Help at Home program. Help at Home is a charitable, cost-sharing program that provides in-home care services such as grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, laundry, housekeeping, and personal cares. These basic daily tasks can seem simple to many of us, but to Help at Home clients they can be the difference between living in a facility, or living at home. Read more . . .
