State of Wisconsin Requirements

Clarity Care holds its staff to the highest standards in delivering quality care to our clients. Upon hire, new Clarity Care employees must meet all State training requirements.

Clarity Care also offers its courses to community organizations seeking training for their employees. Clarity Care courses can be purchased individually to fill in training gaps, or as a full series in the event of new-employee training.

Clarity Care offers four State Mandated CBRF “core courses” trained by State Approved Instructors. These courses – First Aid & Procedures to Alleviate Choking, Standard Precautions, Fire Safety and Management and Administration of Medications – provide curriculum as defined by the State. The State sets course length and approves instructors.
