One way that Clarity Care is able to fulfill its mission of helping clients regain their independence is through its Customized Employment Solutions department. Using a collaborative approach with case workers and employers in Brown, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Outagamie and Winnebago Counties, we are able to match individuals with jobs that fit their abilities, qualifications and interests.
Clarity Care ensures that its clients and employers feel comfortable during the employment process, supporting them through every step of the way. For clients, we assist with job searching, completing applications, resume writing and interview training or supervision. For employers, we help identify organizational needs and job tasks that improve the business’s productivity by pairing the need or task with a uniquely qualified employee.
We want to help our clients and employers succeed and feel that this program is not only a valuable part of their communities, but contributing to their viability.
