The award reflects the philosophy of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the ceremony held that evening honored his achievement and vision.   Clarity Care was recognized for providing enrichment programs and employment assistance to adults who face limitations or have a developmental disability. Our customized employment solutions partner local businesses with qualified employees and a job specialist who offers individualized, on-the-job support until the employee is working confidently on his/her own.  Clarity Care’s newest program, “Chance” provides structured social activities for adults with developmental disabilities - such as book clubs, crafting projects, and bowling events – in partnership with student volunteers from UW Oshkosh. Clarity Care CEO Tim Cook observes “It is an honor to receive this award on behalf of our team and the individuals we serve.  Speaking with other award recipients, it is clear we have a community of caring leaders who believe diversity is one of the building blocks of a strong society.”  Clarity Care is a nonprofit organization that provides service for individuals with limitations or disabilities so they can achieve independent and fulfilling lives within their community.
