Eligibility Standards
In order to be eligible for supports in the Day Service program a person must...

Have a developmental disability
Be an adult (18 years or older)
Have the means to pay for partial or full cost of services, unless waived. (County and out of county residents require authorization from their home county)
Be in need of service and demonstrate the potential to benefit from participation

In order to be admitted to this program, the individual and his/her representatives shall take part in...

An assessment process to determine the needs of the individual
Designing the Person Centered Plan
Reviewing and updating service plans as desired or scheduled

Rates for day services are based upon the need of the individual. We provide group rates (1:3 or 4 staffing ratio) and intensive rates (1:1 staffing).
