Director of Nursing

Clarity Care is currently seeking a qualified full time Director of Nursing for its Home Health Agency. Main responsibilities include providing leadership in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating all home health services which includes clinical, scheduling and billing; reviewing and analyzing monthly financials; supervising Home Health Nursing, direct care, office and contracted staff; monitoring and maintaining compliance with all State and Federal Home Health and Nursing regulations; and performing marketing activities for home health and other services.

Qualified candidates must be a WI State licensed RN with a minimum of two years experience in General, Home Health, and/or Public Health nursing in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred. Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Must demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
