Human
Resources Assistant
Clarity Care is
currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Assistant to work part time out of our Oshkosh office. Primary responsibilities
include the following:

Perform
administrative responsibilities for the department such as
composing and typing letters, filing, copying, organizing,
printing reports, collating, distributing information, putting
together mailings and other miscellaneous administrative duties
as needed

Administer
Service Award Program
-
Process
terminated employee files
-
Perform back-up
responsibilities for reception
-
Assist with
recruitment of new employees including review of applications,
schedule and conduct interviews, and perform pre-employment
checks
Qualified candidate
must possess excellent organization, communication and time
management skills with knowledge of general business administration
practices. High school diploma or equivalency degree required. Prior
experience in HR preferred but not required. Possess good computer
skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must adhere to strict
confidentiality standard and be able to work M-F and cover reception
desk for breaks.
