Employment... Clarity Care is seeking a Director of Human Resources who can bring innovative ideas for recruitment and retention of Clarity Care team members. Must be energetic and ready for a challenge. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate looking to put their ideas into action! We are looking to modify current benefit and compensation program to reward and retain caregivers in this demanding yet highly gratifying work.
The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, 7-10 years of Human Resource Management experience with a minimum of 2 years in management, and thorough knowledge of general business administration practices and related supervisory experience. This position will be primarily located in our corporate office in Oshkosh.
