Personal Care Workers
Clarity Care’s Home Health Division is currently looking for PT Personal Care Workers

 

Personal Care Workers must meet the following qualifications:

1.       A high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.

2.       Valid WI Driver’s License, auto insurance, and the ability to meet Clarity Care’s driving standards.

3.       Experience as a PCW or similar preferred but not required!

4.       Will provide paid training if the right candidate does not have prior experience!

 

Personal Care Workers perform the following duties in the client’s own home:

  1. Perform quality Personal Care services including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfer assistance, among others.
  2. Follow procedures and treatments as described in the PCW Plan of Care
  3. Prepare and serve meals.
  4. Light cleaning in essential areas of the home used during provision of services.
  5. Supervising the client to insure safety.
  6. Other client specific duties as assigned.

Personal Care Workers are paid travel time and mileage. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
