Home Health Aide
Clarity Care’s Home Health Division is currently looking for PT Home Health Aides.

Home Health Aides must meet the following qualifications:

 

1.       A high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.

2.       Current Certified Nursing Assistant, licensed in Wisconsin.

3.       Valid WI Driver’s License, auto insurance, and the ability to meet Clarity Care’s driving standards.

4.       Experience as a C.N.A or in a home care setting preferred but not required.

 

Home Health Aides perform the following duties in the client’s own home:

  1. Perform quality Home Health Aide services including medically oriented tasks such as taking vital signs, range of motion exercises or wound care, among others.

  2. Perform bathing, grooming, toileting and transfer assistance, among others.

  3. Follow procedures and treatments as described in the HHA Plan of Care

  4. Prepare and serve meals.

  5. Light cleaning in essential areas of the home used during provision of services.

  6. Supervising the client to insure safety.

  7. Other client specific duties as assigned.

Home Health Aides are paid travel time and mileage between clients. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
