Direct Support Providers
Clarity Care is seeking qualified individuals to work part time and full time in our residential programs with adults that have Developmental Disabilities or Traumatic Brain Injuries. Our group homes are located throughout Northeastern Wisconsin including: Brown, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Shawano, Waupaca, and Winnebago counties.

Direct Support Providers have the following responsibilities/duties:

1.       Perform duties relating to the support of persons with developmental disabilities or other needs.

2.       Assist in and supervise all activities of daily living.

3.       Perform quality Personal Care services including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfer assistance, among others.

4.       Perform home care and other domestic duties (ex. cleaning and laundry).

5.       Assist and escort consumers during social and recreational activities.

6.       Supervise the consumers to insure safety.

7.       Assist in medication administration.

8.       Other consumer specific duties as assigned.

A valid WI driver’s license and the ability to meet Clarity Care’s driving standards is required for all first and second shift positions. Auto Insurance may be required for some positions.  Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma, be at least 18 years of age.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds. The ability to pass periodic criminal background checks under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law is required. Training classes are required and provided by Clarity Care. The classes are held Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00a-5:30p. All classes must be completed within your first 3 calendar months of hire.

We current have openings PT and FT on 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd shift as well as Sleepover positions.  We offer shift differentials for 3^rd shift and weekends!  For sleepover positions, the employee sleeps overnight the group home to ensure the safety of consumers. Sleepover nights are paid a stipend of $40 per night!
