Join us on June 23, 2008 at Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne for a day of golf, fun events, prizes, raffles and auctions. Approximate tee-off time will be 11:00 a.m.  This 18-Hole Scramble includes golf with carts, Hole-In-One contests, hole events, lunch on course and dinner after golf. Optional events and raffles will also be held. Golfers can print and mail the registration form to us with payment. Or print, fill out, scan and email back to us at events@claritycare.org and we will invoice you.
