Teamwork
Teamwork at Clarity Care exists on many levels. We believe that teamwork
is essential in assisting each consumer to successfully reach his or her
goals.
Staff work together in each home to ensure good communication and
consistency. Caregivers work closely with consumers and their support network to create and implement
individually tailored services.
Teamwork also exists within the entire Clarity Care organization, with
all employees focused on the provision of quality services to our
consumers.
