Courses we offer
Attending our sessions in person offers participants the opportunity for interaction with the instructor and each other, enhancing the overall quality of their learning experience. Our trainers provide the most up to date information in every session.

We conduct monthly required state approved CBRF training courses in.

• Resident Rights - 8 hrs.
• Recognizing & Responding to Challenging Behaviors -  8 hrs.
• Client Group Specific Developmental Disabilities – 8 hrs.
• Client Group Specific Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) – 8 hrs.
• Client Group Specific Advanced Aging– 8 hrs.
• Management & Administration of Medications - 8 hrs.
• Needs Assessment & Developing Individualized Service Plans - 8 hrs.
• Fire Safety 6 hrs.
• First Aid & Procedures to Alleviate Choking - 4 hrs.
• Standard Precautions 3 hrs.
• Dietary Needs Menu Planning, Food  Preparation & Sanitation– 3 hrs.

State Approved Courses
All courses are regularly scheduled and conducted by experienced, friendly trainers who are certified by the State of Wisconsin to teach CBRF training courses.

All courses are approved by the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Quality Assurance and meet the number of hours required for each module.

Students must complete a written test with a grade of 80% or better to meet state certification. Upon satisfactory completion of the test, the certificate will be provided to the trainee and their agency.
