Description

State Approved Instructors teach the basics of standard precautions. Topics covered include proper hand washing, using gloves correctly, blood-borne pathogens, other transmission-based precautions, and information regarding common viruses and bacteria. This course is recommended for new caregivers and as a refresher for experienced caregivers. This course is a requirement for CBRF staff prior to providing resident care.
