Help at Home is an innovative program that bridges the gap in healthcare costs for people who do not qualify for government assistance, yet do not have the resources to pay for the entire cost of services they need.
Clients of the Help at Home program will pay for services based on a sliding scale fee. This allows our clients to pay for services at an affordable rate, while grants and charitable donations made to the program will subsidize the remainder of the cost.
