Description
The AFH Basics of Medication Administration class is a 4 hour class designed for employees working at an Adult Family Home. *Please note this class is NOT the state CBRF Medication Administration class.* Topics include: Six Rights of Medication Administration, Resident Rights, Delegated Procedures, Abbreviations, Medication Terminology, Types of Medications, Medication Administration and Medication Errors. Students will be given a written test and skills test that they will be required to successfully administer five medications. (This is a 4 hr. class)
